We send the goods immediately after we receive the payment if payed by bank transfere or credit card to our account if it is on stock.

If orders are accepted at the time of our sales events, we may send the order at later date.

In sportswear produced in Czechia by us, brand scucka dog sportswear, it is stated for each product whether they are on stock, or whether we only make them on order.
If it's stated it's mostly on stock, it means it's always being added on stock, although it may happen that with increased number orders for one same product may not be the same product on stock immediately.
The availability is valid for both e-shop and sales warehouse, ie. goods, which are available immediately on stock and in warehouse, and goods which are available for example within 10-30 business days stock at that moment.
For products, which we produce only on order, is delivery up to 3 weeks. We are mostly able to keep this time.
Sometimes it may happen that the delivery will take few days longer, so we ask our customers for tolerance: o) A long delivery time can be in exposed times such as Christmas, or around sales events. We will always inform you of this fact.
